Recipes
We have chosen some easy recipes to make.
Crispy Cakes
| Ingredients | Melt the syrup with the butter in a pan, add the chocolat letting it melt slowly. Remove from heat, add the sugar, the cornflakes then the raisins.

Sponge Cake
| Ingredients |
Beat the sugar and butter together, add the eggs bit by bit,sieve in the flour and the backing powder and then fold it gently into the mixture. Put the mixture in a buttered cake tin lined with grease proof paper, bake at 160° for approx.30 minutes.
Chocolate: You can replace 25g of flour with 25g cacao powder. Lemon: Grate the rind of 2 lemons and mix with the butter and sugar.Mix the lemon juice with 25g of sugar and the pour directly on the cake when it comes out of the oven. |

Chocolat cake
| Ingredients |
Melt the chocolate and butter. Add the sugar and the egg yolks. Add the flour in small quantities whisk the whites of the eggs and add to the mixture. Pour into a cake tin and bake at 150° for 15-20min. |

Icing
| Ingredients |
Mix a little water with the icing sugar until you get a smooth cream.
Or
Mix together 20g of butter to get a smooth cream, add some drops of vanilla essence or cacao powder.

To make your cakes even more appetizing, you can cut them in half and spread a little jam or butter cream on them before putting them back together.
