All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions. These shall form part of any contract concluded between fetes-anniversaire.com and a buyer.

Conditions of sale

To click on the confirm order implys adhesion of the buyer to our conditions of sale.

Fetes-anniversaire.com reserves the right to make changes at any time and without notice in these conditions.(but not after an order has been placed).

Our prices

Our prices are indicated in euros with taxes but without delivery fees.

The shipping rates will be added with the validation of the order

Our products are available within the availability of our stocks. We will inform you if they are are not available you will have the possibility to ask for a refund or the replacement of the product. The toys and the sweets of the pre-filled party bags can be changed without notice.

You may cancel your order, without giving a reason, at any time up to 7 working days from receiving the goods. The goods must be returned unopened in their packages.

We will send a refund under a maximum delay of 30 days.

Delivery

Fetes-anniversaire.com delivers worldwide.

If your country is not listed, please contact us.

In France, the orders before 2.00pm will be processed and shipped the same day, after 2.00pm, they will be shipped the next day.

For orders from the EU : the delays are normally from 4-8 days.

For the orders above 150€, the delivery delays may be longer. We will contact the client by email to inform about the delays.

For orders made on products that are indicated "out of stock", we will send you the order when the products will become available.

The international buyer may be subject to additional charges duties and/or taxes which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Fetes-anniversaire.com is not responsible for any additional cost or expense incurred by the buyer save as are specifically included within the delivery charge or as otherwise provided for herein.

Payment

The payment is due to be paid before shipping of the product through Paypal.

We accept payments by visa, mastercard and Paypal accounts. We do not keep traces of bank details.

The construction, validity and performance of these Conditions of Sale and of any agreement that exists between Fetes-anniversaire.com and the buyer shall be governed in all respects by French Law.

In any dispute with Fetes-anniversaire.com regarding these Conditions of Sale or the supply of products to the buyer.
